We have the Brown Dog Whiskey, 80 proof, 375mL bottles back in stock!
Which is good, because right now, on the low alcohol end, we only have Blackbird Berried Cider. (Which does happen to be the best selling of our draft-style ciders). Every thing else is high ABV. One sweet (Poirissimo! Pear Dessert Winer), and then the whiskey, brandies, and gin.
This is our pre-penultimate weekend. As a reminder, after 12/19, we will be hours by appointment (conditions allowing) until May 2022.
The end of October brings the end of our weekday hours. We will remain open Saturdays (11-4) and Sundays (12-4) until Dec 19th. Give or take snow storms.

Speaking of which, we are pleased to announce the release of a new batch of our VS Brightognac Three Year Old Estate Grape Brandy. It’s rich of hue and intensely aromatic.

3) Updated Menu with Bluebird Barreled Cider, Antique Russet Still Cider, Bumbleberry Dessert Wine, Chestnut Aged Pear Brandy, Maple Smoothed Raspberry Brandy and pulling some sold out products.

Wow, that was fast. Partly because it was really good. Scarlett has migrated away for the season, but it will be back next year. Hope for an abundant crop of red-fleshed apples!

Apples Doux II – a semi-sweet champagne-method cider. Differs from the original Doux by using all Anglo-Franco true (tannic) cider apples – even for the final sweetening.
Pommeaux – the Apple dessert wine is back!
Wisconsin Apple Brandy – is back! Hurray. And there’s a limited amount of Cask Strength, too. 750mL, 118 proof.
