New Batch : Sparkling Perry ’12

With little ado, we sold out of the 2011 Perry this weekend and switched over to the 2012 expression. The 2012 was only finished last week – which seems like really good timing to me.

We’ve hit the 5 case remaining level with the Orchard Oriole Perry. We told you it would go fast, since it was such a small batch. Email, message or phone us if you want some reserved for you.

Pear Wine ’12 Release
Status
We are thrilled to have our Pear Wine back in the Tasting Room. Thanks to Bill, Marianne, Ralph, Kyle, Cassie, Conner, Kitty, Rose, Terry, Beth and George, (and Milissa and Charles) we bottled 240 cases today – our biggest single bottling to date.
So come on out and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Bottling Barn Swallow Cider 4/6/13
Status
We will be open from 10am-2pm while we bottle up some draft cider.
Great Lakes Cider Competition This Weekend
Status
Charles and Milissa will be in Michigan this weekend to train cider judges, and steward and judge one of the worlds biggest cider-exclusive competitions.
Which means there will not be any appointments available this weekend.
But we’ll be back next week.

Wassail 2013

Come celebrate an English West Country-ish, traditional-ish 12th Night Wassail. 1/5/13 from 4-6pm. Arrive early, please. We Wassail after sunset.
