Great Lakes Cider Competition This Weekend
Charles and Milissa will be in Michigan this weekend to train cider judges, and steward and judge one of the worlds biggest cider-exclusive competitions.
Which means there will not be any appointments available this weekend.
But we’ll be back next week.

Wassail 2013
Come celebrate an English West Country-ish, traditional-ish 12th Night Wassail. 1/5/13 from 4-6pm. Arrive early, please. We Wassail after sunset.
Pear Wine disappearing quickly.
This year’s batch of Pear Wine is moving fast. Charles made a smaller batch, tweaking the recipe. The tweaks worked great – but the batch won’t last through September. Make plans to come visit and get yours soon.
